What you will do

• Provide high-level administrative support, managing calendars and communications for three VPs.
• Coordinate national and international travel arrangements and approve team travel requests.
• Manage expense reports for VPs and their respective teams.
• Organize internal events and team workshops.
• Handle confidential documentation with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
• Anticipate organizational needs to support informed decision-making and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in executive assistance performing similar tasks is mandatory.
• University degree in Applied Management or similar qualifications.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential documentation and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Willingness to travel within the country and abroad.
