What you will do

  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination following established processes.
  • Support the organization of internal events and team activities, including bookings and materials.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and pleasant office environment.
  • Support onboarding moments from an employee experience perspective.
  • Communicate across teams, vendors, and leadership to respond to requests timely.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks with clear prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Confidence in communicating and rallying people to participate in events.
  • Tech-savviness with digital tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Spanish: Native/Fluent (C2) required.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in hospitality, events, or office coordination.
