Location: Hybrid in Munich (3 office days per week)

What you will do

  • Manage complex diaries and inboxes for the CCO, COO, and CTO, serving as a central touchpoint for enquiries.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel, accommodation, and expense management.
  • Lead the organization of high-impact projects including Executive Offsites, commercial workshops, and team events.
  • Facilitate high-level meetings and cross-functional syncs between Commercial, Operations, and Tech divisions.
  • Collaborate with other Executive PAs and Office Management to ensure seamless corporate processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in executive-level support, hotel management, or office management.
  • Full fluency in both English and German is required.
  • Must be based in Munich for a hybrid work setup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and Google Office suite (Docs, Slides).
  • Ability to maintain calm professionalism and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
