What you will do
- Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate appointments for staff and executives.
- Handle visitor reception, managing sign-in logs and addressing inquiries.
- Arrange travel and coordinate team, event, and customer meetings.
- Prepare, manage, and file documentation and administrative expense claims.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Resolve routine and non-routine inquiries to support business functional units.
Requirements
- Min. 2-3 years of experience as a secretary or assistant.
- University degree or graduation from a secretarial college.
- Good command of English for both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.
