What you will do

• Lead multiple software development squads to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Define performance metrics and objectives to monitor team results.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and regular feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with Architecture and Product teams to define designs and solutions.
• Manage team deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into manageable tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in a Management or Technical Lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, NoSQL, or Oracle databases.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI tooling in development processes.
• Background in PaaS (Platform as a Service) environments.
