What you will do

• Lead multiple development squads toward optimal technical solutions for product functionalities.
• Define expectations and develop metrics to monitor results while resolving technical impediments.
• Coach, train, and provide regular feedback to the engineering team.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Product, and Design teams when defining new designs and solutions.
• Analyze system specifications and translate requirements into manageable and measurable tasks.
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews and manage the setup of CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (coding and peer reviewing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Management or Technical Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java, REST, SOAP, and application performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Domain-Driven Design, and Micro-service architectures.
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL, and/or Oracle databases.
• Expertise in API design, Business-Driven Design, and Test-Driven Development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI tooling in the development process.
• Strong background in the PaaS space.
