Focus on evaluating emerging AI tools, running pilots, managing platform lifecycles, and driving adoption, standardization, and cost transparency across global business groups.

What you will do
- Consult Business Groups on identifying, planning, architecting, and integrating SG&A AI use cases into end-to-end processes and underlying systems.
- Evaluate and benchmark emerging AI tools using a reuse-before-purchase-before-development approach.
- Design and maintain AI solution and integration architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Concur, SAP Datasphere, and other business systems.
- Own AI-enabled business platforms such as SAP Business AI/Joule, Hypatos, and Conduct AI, including service definition and lifecycle management.
- Run platform pilot projects, monitor roadmaps and adoption, and provide consumption insights for FinOps, cost transparency, and chargeback.
- Drive AI adoption, standardization, and innovation across global SG&A functions.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Business Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of IT experience, including 4 or more years in IT solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of SG&A processes and AI applications for process optimization.
- Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP Business AI/Joule.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, data protection, and enterprise architecture.
- Fluent English required, with the ability to communicate complex architectures to non-technical audiences and executives.
