What you will do
- Assist the CTO with strategic projects and high-impact technical decisions.
- Support engineering and product initiatives by helping define architecture, processes, and workflows for scalable delivery.
- Optimize internal technical processes to improve engineering speed, efficiency, and impact.
- Collaborate with Core, Product, and Infrastructure teams to align cross-functional technical efforts.
- Own projects end-to-end, from planning through measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in software development, engineering strategy, technical consulting, or high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
- Ability to translate complex technical insights into actionable plans.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
