What you will do

• Lead cross-functional corrective actions and 8D root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.
• Review, validate, and approve warranty reports while managing customer charge compliance and disputes.
• Monitor and analyze warranty data, trends, and health charts to identify risks and support decision-making.
• Manage warranty databases and retrieve critical information from customer portals for accurate reporting.
• Conduct warranty part analysis and deliver professional reports with clear conclusions and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to capture lessons learned and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid experience in the automotive industry, specifically in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, A3, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA).
• Advanced analytical skills for complex data handling and visualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to embedded software and hardware.
• Experience working within global project teams.
