What you will do

• Define and implement best practices for testing, test planning, and case design across various levels.
• Architect and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks for integration and end-to-end testing.
• Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for efficient software delivery.
• Lead and mentor SDETs, providing guidance on automation techniques and problem-solving.
• Drive a quality-first culture by proactively identifying and mitigating potential software risks.

Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering plus 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Testing Expertise: Experience with TDD or BDD and software testing automation.
• Infrastructure: Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bamboo, Selenium).
• Cloud & Monitoring: Experience with AWS or GCP, and log monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Pleasanton, CA under a hybrid model.
