What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks and testing strategies for complex features.
• Own the automation roadmap for modules, defining strategic goals and success metrics.
• Build and maintain functional, performance, and security automation tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI-assisted automation to accelerate test creation, debugging, and release validation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Provide technical mentorship to SDETs and engineers to elevate automation design and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SDET roles, automation engineering, and quality tooling.
• Advanced proficiency in automation frameworks, testing methodologies, and distributed system validation.
• Strong command over algorithms, data structures, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance engineering, and observability platforms.
• Deep expertise in API and backend testing, ideally with AWS and event-driven architectures.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI-first QA concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-native QA automation architecture.
• Familiarity with autonomous QA agents or LLM-assisted engineering workflows.
• Exposure to chaos engineering, synthetic monitoring, or intelligent release governance.
