What you will do

• Design and maintain comprehensive test plans and automated test suites for complex systems.
• Lead manual and automated testing efforts across functional, regression, and performance domains.
• Build and scale automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers during code reviews to identify quality issues early.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and define team-wide testing standards and best practices.
• Analyze test results and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 9 years of experience in software QA (or 7 years with a Master’s degree).
• Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Java).
• Deep experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (k6, JMeter, or Locust).
• Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI CI Poly Preferred.
