What you will do

• Design and develop maintainable and reliable test automation solutions for web applications.
• Analyze test plans, cases, and scenarios in collaboration with QA and Development teams.
• Integrate automated tests into the development pipeline using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Perform API testing for RESTful and SOAP web services using Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
• Coordinate test execution and pre-qualify production deployments via smoke and automation tests.
• Mentor junior team members and provide detailed metrics on test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Programming proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript for writing test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database verification and validation.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Must be based in or able to work from Irvine, CA.
