What you will do

• Manage and optimize presence on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to drive traffic and conversion.
• Execute digital ad spend, bid pricing, and tactical spend to maximize store visibility.
• Review category performance and monitor competitor activities to propose strategic product actions.
• Take ownership of store layout and design to improve user experience and GMV.
• Track sales performance and manage operations during peak "double digit" sales events.
• Coordinate brand collaborations at least twice per quarter.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and digital funnel mechanics.
• Ability to utilize digital tools to drive traffic, conversion, and measurable results.
• Location: Must be based in Malaysia.
• Availability to work on weekends or public holidays during peak sales events.
