What you will do

  • Manage active engagement and interactions across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional brand-aligned manner.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to execute and schedule daily social content.
  • Track engagement metrics and sentiment to provide actionable community insights for internal teams.
  • Partner with PR and Customer Support to manage brand reputation and handle escalations.
  • Surface FAQs and trending topics to inform future content strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in social media engagement or community management.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and online community dynamics.
  • Must be based in Malaysia for on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, insurance, or tech-driven customer-facing brands.
  • Proficiency in additional local languages.
