What you will do
- Execute social media and community strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Manage daily content publishing, scheduling, and optimization to ensure platform relevance.
- Actively engage with audiences to build trust, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video teams to deliver high-quality, platform-native content.
- Track and analyze social media performance, reach, and sentiment to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor brand reputation and coordinate with Customer Support to address inquiries and complaints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing brand or corporate social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
