What you will do

  • Execute social media and community strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Manage daily content publishing, scheduling, and optimization to ensure platform relevance.
  • Actively engage with audiences to build trust, loyalty, and brand advocacy.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video teams to deliver high-quality, platform-native content.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, reach, and sentiment to optimize future campaigns.
  • Monitor brand reputation and coordinate with Customer Support to address inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing brand or corporate social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
