What you will do

  • Identify, shortlist, and coordinate KOLs and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, briefing, and daily communication to ensure campaign timelines are met.
  • Review creator content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and compliance with advertising platform regulations.
  • Support affiliate and creator partnerships by tracking performance metrics such as clicks and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends and research new creator formats to support campaign ideation.
  • Handle administrative tasks including contracts, product seeding, logistics, and campaign documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Influencer/KOL Marketing or Social Media (internship experience is welcomed).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
