What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle management of multi-channel retention campaigns including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App messaging.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys for core segments like pre-renewal, cross-sell, and win-back programs.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation across campaign components to maximize conversion and renewal rates.
- Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty reward partner relationships.
- Manage the financial balance between loyalty costs and incremental value generated by retained customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics for interpreting campaign data.
- Practical experience building and managing complex journeys within modern CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, including Push Notifications and In-App Messaging.
- Familiarity with the AARRR growth framework and strategic retention channels.
- Must be based in Malaysia and able to work in a hybrid setup.
