What you will do

• Lead the Models on Bedrock GTM strategy to orchestrate sales, marketing, and product motions for faster adoption.
• Collaborate with foundation model partners to develop and execute joint GTM and co-sell strategies.
• Create high-quality field enablement content and sales strategies leveraging deep GenAI domain expertise.
• Support field teams in building tailored solutions for high-priority strategic customers.
• Analyze market signals and customer feedback to influence the hirify.global product roadmap.
• Deliver GTM execution reports to executives and represent hirify.global as a thought leader at industry conferences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA (WA, VA, NY, IL, CA, or TX)
• 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of total professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions.
• Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
