Salary: $147,900 – $220,200 per year

What you will do
- Lead Bedrock AgentCore GTM to orchestrate sales motions across sales, marketing, partner, product, and professional services teams.
- Leverage AI domain expertise to create high-impact field enablement and sales strategies.
- Support field teams in designing and building GenAI solutions for high-priority enterprise customers.
- Gather and deliver market signals to product teams to drive innovation in AWS product roadmaps.
- Manage reporting and planning cadences for AWS executives regarding GTM execution.
- Represent AWS as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and symposiums.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
- 5+ years of experience working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage).
- 3+ years of technology sales experience selling enterprise software, cloud computing, or managed hosting services.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
- Experience developing organizational-level strategies that influence leadership decisions.
