Salary: $103,741.20 — $156,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and execute the strategic business plan for key partnerships, starting with NTT DATA.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic alliance partners including GSIs and consulting firms.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies focused on observability and AIOps.
  • Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partnership value.
  • Drive partner enablement, certifications, and solution readiness programs.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
  • Must be based in or near Austin, TX for hybrid office collaboration.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel sales, or business development in enterprise tech.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling strategic partnerships that generate revenue.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
