What you will do

  • Serve as the executive relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic technology partners, including ecommerce and point-of-sale platforms.
  • Build and execute multi-year growth strategies to increase revenue and partner profitability.
  • Develop rolling 12-month joint product and go-to-market plans aligned with company innovation.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve shared goals.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and drive data-backed investment decisions.
  • Present strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and partner executives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or go-to-market business development.
  • 3+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with technology platforms (ecommerce, ERP, billing, or AI).
  • Proven success in developing partnership strategies that deliver long-term revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, business planning, and project leadership skills.
  • Experience working with product roadmaps and technical product management concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead through influence.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Toast, Clover, Square, Shift4, or WooCommerce ecosystems.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for decision-making and business results.
