What you will do
- Serve as the executive relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic technology partners, including ecommerce and point-of-sale platforms.
- Build and execute multi-year growth strategies to increase revenue and partner profitability.
- Develop rolling 12-month joint product and go-to-market plans aligned with company innovation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve shared goals.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends and drive data-backed investment decisions.
- Present strategic plans and progress updates to senior leadership and partner executives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or go-to-market business development.
- 3+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships with technology platforms (ecommerce, ERP, billing, or AI).
- Proven success in developing partnership strategies that deliver long-term revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, business planning, and project leadership skills.
- Experience working with product roadmaps and technical product management concepts.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and lead through influence.
Nice to have
- Experience in Toast, Clover, Square, Shift4, or WooCommerce ecosystems.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for decision-making and business results.
