What you will do

• Own and activate the AWS-sourced and influenced hirify.global pipeline, engaging field sales and technical teams.
• Define and execute a partner go-to-market plan for the Enterprise Market aligned with regional objectives.
• Recruit and develop relationships with high-impact partners, including system integrators, resellers, and cloud providers.
• Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training programs to ensure effective deployment of hirify.global solutions.
• Generate joint pipelines through co-sell motions, solution plays, and strategic GTM initiatives.
• Serve as the voice of the partner, relaying feedback to Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of enterprise ARR contribution, preferably in AI or cloud solutions.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Working understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Experience working with hyperscalers and major global consultancies/system integrators.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for evangelizing AI vision to stakeholders.
