TL;DR

Enterprise Partner Development Manager (AR): Building a world-class ecosystem of enterprise partners for the next generation of augmented reality computing with an accent on identifying, evaluating, and activating strategic partner relationships. Focus on developing repeatable GTM solutions and scaling enterprise adoption of the SPECS platform.

Location: Palo Alto, CA. Must work in office 4+ days per week (Default Together policy)

Salary: $190,000 – $284,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective enterprise partners across various services and solutions categories.
  • Source and prioritize new partners based on strategic fit, technical capabilities, and market credibility.
  • Lead relationship development from initial outreach through commercial alignment and agreement execution.
  • Shape partner offerings into repeatable solutions and joint go-to-market (GTM) motions for enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, legal, and sales teams to align strategy with platform priorities.
  • Curate a trusted partner ecosystem to accelerate the scale of enterprise adoption for SPECS.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of partner-facing experience, specifically in identification, onboarding, and offer development.
  • Proven track record of leading commercial conversations and converting partnerships into active market relationships.
  • Experience working with systems integrators, consultancies, software partners, or developer ecosystems in enterprise tech.
  • Strong ability to evaluate partner business models and go-to-market fit.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in augmented reality, mixed reality, spatial computing, or smart glasses.
  • Background with enterprise XR platforms such as Microsoft HoloLens or Magic Leap.
  • Experience building partnerships around enterprise software, workflow solutions, or technical services.
