Salary: $130,000–$145,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do
- Design and execute end-to-end partner sales enablement programs, including training curricula, playbooks, and workshops.
- Ensure partner sellers adopt the same AI-focused, value-selling methodologies as internal direct sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to translate cloud and AI program updates into actionable enablement content.
- Manage content syndication and user access within LMS and sales enablement platforms.
- Drive measurable improvements in partner sales readiness and partner-influenced revenue.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Proven experience in B2B sales enablement or partner training program design.
- Deep understanding of modern channel sales models, specifically cloud distributor/Tier-2 programs.
- Solid working knowledge of cloud services and AI-driven solutions from a sales perspective.
- Strong content creation and instructional design skills for digital learning formats.
- Ability to travel 25–30% for partner events and conferences.
