TL;DR

Partner Sales Enablement Manager (AI): Developing and delivering high-impact enablement programs for channel partner sellers with an accent on AI-led, consultative, and outcome-based selling frameworks. Focus on aligning partner sales motions with direct sales strategies, creating scalable training curricula, and driving measurable partner-influenced pipeline growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii). Role is remote-friendly with hybrid options in Nashville.

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 USD (base + bonus).

What you will do

  • Design and execute end-to-end partner sales enablement programs, including training curricula, playbooks, and workshops.
  • Ensure partner sellers adopt the same AI-focused, value-selling methodologies as internal direct sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to translate cloud and AI program updates into actionable enablement content.
  • Manage content syndication and user access within LMS and sales enablement platforms.
  • Drive measurable improvements in partner sales readiness and partner-influenced revenue.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales enablement or partner training program design.
  • Deep understanding of modern channel sales models, specifically cloud distributor/Tier-2 programs.
  • Solid working knowledge of cloud services and AI-driven solutions from a sales perspective.
  • Strong content creation and instructional design skills for digital learning formats.
  • Ability to travel 25–30% for partner events and conferences.
