What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to ensure yield, cycle time, and quality targets are met.
• Monitor production yield, conduct process mapping, and design experiments to identify and resolve root causes of excursions.
• Conduct data queries and analysis to provide engineering insights for performance improvement.
• Maintain stable operations by monitoring KPIVs/KPOVs and managing Fast Triggering systems.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency.
• Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Must be based in Singapore
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
