What you will do

• Support sustaining product service engineering for Surfscan systems, driving continuous improvement in hardware, software, and tooling.
• Develop and deploy scalable, self-sustaining solutions for hardware and software issues.
• Resolve complex system issues using data analysis and 8D structured root cause analysis.
• Partner with product engineering to enhance design-for-service and overall system reliability.
• Optimize troubleshooting procedures and documentation to increase field efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in multi-discipline system environments, preferably with lasers, optics, or mechatronics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, JMP, or MATLAB.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to enhance analysis and productivity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
