What you will do

• Execute sputter equipment upgrades to support next-generation technologies and new product introductions.
• Own assigned modules and subsystems, ensuring hardware readiness, qualification, and compliance.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance (OEE), addressing stability, yield, and productivity gaps.
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Process, and Maintenance teams to resolve design and ramp issues.
• Document solutions and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer and sustaining operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must be willing to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with sputter equipment and vacuum technology.
• Experience in equipment upgrades, hardware evaluation, and qualification.
• Exposure to manufacturing ramp and high-volume production environments.
• Experience managing or supporting equipment upgrade or installation projects.
