What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to meet yield, cycle time, and quality targets.
• Monitor production yield, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment for excursions.
• Design experiments to identify root causes and propose corrective actions to engineering teams.
• Ensure process sustainability by monitoring KPIVs/KPOVs and managing Fast Triggering systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to achieve aggressive performance metrics while upholding quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance overall production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain a professional attitude under tight deadlines.

• Experience in manufacturing processes.
