What you will do

• Execute product and general ledger accounting and manage month-end closure procedures.
• Prepare regulatory reports, Balance Sheets, P&L, and implement key quality controls.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation processes and handle invoices, accruals, and asset management.
• Develop management information reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS and the ING financial reporting framework.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to resolve accounting breaks and monitor remediation actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IFRS and banking products is required.
• Understanding of EU regulations and financial markets.
• Experience with UAT testing for system changes.
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics effectively in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
