What you will do

• Manage end-to-end general ledger responsibilities, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and depreciation.
• Handle customer invoicing, monitor collections, and ensure correct collection tagging.
• Review supplier billings and process payments to vendors.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage regular tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in finance or accounting (AR, AP, GL).
• Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
• Essential knowledge of tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and performing month-end close activities.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using NetSuite or Business Central.
