What you will do

• Process payments for global vendors, customer refunds, taxes, and reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate and timely payables across multiple subsidiaries and currencies while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Prepare weekly Payment Register summaries for the Treasury team to assist in cash forecasting.
• Conduct cash account and balance sheet reconciliations (BSRs) to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals.
• Identify and implement process improvements and manage small-to-medium projects to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Experience handling various payment methods.
