What you will do

  • Manage client offboarding cases with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee financial reconciliations and prepare final account reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and financial regulations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity during transitions.
  • Utilize proprietary tools and AI to streamline accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a client-fronting Accountant
  • Proficiency with Xero or similar accounting software
  • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • Experience applying IFRS and IAS standards
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Docs and spreadsheets

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Singapore compliance, ACRA, and IRAS filing
  • Experience in public practice
