Location: Manila, Philippines (50% hybrid working model, averaging 2-3 days onsite)

What you will do

  • Manage the timely receipt, monitoring, and uploading of bank statements to ensure data completeness.
  • Perform daily and month-end bank and balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring GL accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciling items through root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  • Post bank-related transactions including fees and interest to the general ledger.
  • Coordinate with AR, AP, and Treasury teams to manage fund availability and resolve unidentified receipts.
  • Execute reconciliation controls and maintain detailed audit trails in compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (or equivalent courses).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cash management, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days onsite).

Nice to have

  • Certification of Public Accountancy (CPA).
  • Experience with Oracle System, Adbook, Salesforce, Archimedes, or CRM background.
