What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with company goals and influence key decisions.
  • Own workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent strategies to keep the business future-ready.
  • Drive employee experience initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and development.
  • Handle employee relations with fairness, consistency, and strong knowledge of labor laws and policies.
  • Coach and empower managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and manage performance effectively.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-tech company.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, including full-cycle hiring.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
