What you will do

  • Execute the HR roadmap for global Growth Sales and Internal Operations, aligning talent strategies with commercial priorities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle initiatives, optimizing performance management and total rewards to drive sales velocity.
  • Perform organizational assessments and design initiatives to support rapid business scaling and operational excellence.
  • Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making by management.
  • Foster a high-engagement culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of progressive HRBP experience in global fast-paced tech companies.
  • Experience navigating the complexities of a globally distributed workforce and localized compliance.
  • Proven track record as a strategic advisor to senior executive leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Tech-forward mindset with a high level of curiosity and experience experimenting with AI and automation tools.
  • Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel
