HR Business Partner
📍 Prague, Czech Republic
is looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to support multiple business units in a fast-growing esports technology company. You’ll partner with leaders on people strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and engagement while using data to drive business decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
— Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR policies and employee relations
— Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy
— Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
— Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, action plans, and eNPS tracking
— Support performance management, salary reviews, and goal-setting processes
— Coach managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and employee lifecycle topics
— Build strong stakeholder relationships through regular business partnering and 1:1s
What they’re looking for:
— 2–3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
— Strong knowledge of Czech employment law and HR best practices
— Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
— Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions
— Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
— Native Czech and professional English proficiency
— Based in the Czech Republic with the ability to commute to Prague
