What you will do

  • Execute the HR roadmap for R&D, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to R&D managers on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational assessment and design initiatives to support growth.
  • Oversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, and succession planning.
  • Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Champion a culture aligned with company values to foster high employee engagement.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in HR business partnering with a strong generalist background.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Tech-forward mindset with a curiosity for AI and automation to solve traditional HR challenges.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Tel Aviv office.
