What you will do
- Execute the HR roadmap for R&D, ensuring alignment with global and regional business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to R&D managers on workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee engagement.
- Partner with business leaders on organizational assessment and design initiatives to support growth.
- Oversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, and succession planning.
- Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Champion a culture aligned with company values to foster high employee engagement.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in HR business partnering with a strong generalist background.
- Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Tech-forward mindset with a curiosity for AI and automation to solve traditional HR challenges.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Tel Aviv office.
