HR Business Partner (iGaming): Serving as a strategic partner to regional leadership in Colombia and Peru, you will build and execute a people plan aligned with commercial growth objectives in regulated iGaming markets. Focus on owning the operational HR backbone, including recruitment, compliance, and employee lifecycle management, while coaching leaders to drive business performance.

Location: Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

  • Partner with regional leadership to design and execute a data-informed people plan that supports commercial goals.
  • Own the full spectrum of HR operations, including payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for hyper-specialized roles in the LATAM region.
  • Ensure full compliance with Colombian and Peruvian labor laws, social security, and occupational health regulations.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and grievances.
  • Foster a positive company culture through wellness plans and corporate events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a focus on strategic outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of Colombian and Peruvian labor law and compliance.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1).
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and managing full-cycle employee relations.
