Salary: $128,500 – $175,245

What you will do

• Lead end‑to‑end UX research for initiatives spanning multiple product teams and complex problem spaces.
• Identify and execute generative and foundational research to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable, executive-ready deliverables that influence investment decisions.
• Mentor and coach researchers to support skill development and improve the overall research practice.
• Partner with UX Design, Product Management, and Analytics to deliver a unified view of customer behavior.
• Conduct a wide range of research methods, including diary studies, UX benchmarking, and concept evaluations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate or product‑led environment.
• Deep expertise in generative and evaluative UX research methods.
• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
• Ecommerce experience is required; retail, fashion, or consumer brand experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in cross‑functional, Agile environments.
