What you will do

• Lead design initiatives across diverse projects, ensuring solutions are innovative and user-friendly.
• Act as a trusted design advisor, maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide design teams in creating high-quality visual and interactive designs.
• Partner with technical teams to balance creative ideas with technical feasibility and scalability.
• Own the design process from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing.
• Set standards for human/AI interaction design and advise clients on the strategic use of AI.

Requirements
