What you will do

  • Develop reusable pre-sales assets, pitch materials, and executive narratives to articulate business impact.
  • Create integrated experience strategies blending business, technology, and user needs.
  • Design strategic deliverables including experience maps, user journeys, and service blueprints.
  • Facilitate co-creation workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and prototypes.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and competitive analyses to inform the CX vision.
  • Identify and shape AI-enabled experience opportunities within projects.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a CX strategy-focused consulting role.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in service design, strategic design, innovation strategy, or business administration.
  • Strong proficiency in storytelling and building compelling narratives to influence behavior.
  • Deep understanding of human psychology, needs, and behavior.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as required by the business.
  • Must be based in New York or authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with generative AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies in experience design.
  • Blend of both sales and delivery experience.
