TL;DR

Location: Hybrid to New York hub, 3 days per week
Salary: $155,000 – $175,000 per year + Equity

What you will do
- Own end-to-end multi-method research initiatives to shape product direction and cross-functional priorities.
- Generate actionable insights to drive confident decision-making for both members and the business.
- Create compelling narratives connecting research findings to executive and business strategy.
- Align cross-functional teams around research goals and facilitate shared ownership of outcomes.
- Integrate AI tools into the research process for participant outreach, data analysis, and reporting.
- Champion user research at the department level to identify emerging opportunities based on member needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience owning complex UX research across multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience with tools such as Qualtrics, Ballpark, UserTesting, User Interviews, or Great Question.
- Must be based in New York for a hybrid setup (3 days per week).
- Master's degree or PhD in sociology, psychology, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
