TL;DR

Head of Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling the Australian commercial engine with an accent on revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performing sales team. Focus on establishing scalable sales processes, driving pipeline health, and leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize B2B sales performance.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3–4 days in office).

What you will do

  • Own the Australia sales strategy and revenue targets, reporting to the Global VP of Sales.
  • Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and coaching frameworks.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead quality and demand generation strategies.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot and deliver accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Personally close high-value strategic deals to set the standard for the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B/SaaS sales with 3–5 years of leadership experience.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in the Australian market.
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms at scale.
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding unit economics and LTV:CAC.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Experience transforming inbound-led sales functions.
  • Hybrid (inbound + outbound) sales experience.
