Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3–4 days in office).

What you will do
- Own the Australia sales strategy and revenue targets, reporting to the Global VP of Sales.
- Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
- Develop and implement scalable sales processes, playbooks, and coaching frameworks.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize lead quality and demand generation strategies.
- Maintain pipeline discipline in HubSpot and deliver accurate revenue forecasting.
- Personally close high-value strategic deals to set the standard for the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B/SaaS sales with 3–5 years of leadership experience.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in the Australian market.
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms at scale.
- Strong commercial acumen regarding unit economics and LTV:CAC.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required.
