TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Managing and expanding relationships with existing high-value customers across the APAC region with an accent on consultative communication and lead qualification. Focus on driving engagement with IT decision-makers, documenting activities in Salesforce, and consistently meeting outbound call targets.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

What you will do

  • Engage with a pre-defined group of key customers, ranging from support agents to CxOs.
  • Utilize consultative phone skills to communicate value, inspire confidence, and overcome objections.
  • Document all activities and opportunities accurately within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure customer success and business growth.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of IT management software to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia and able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
  • Must have valid work authorization in Australia (Visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a proven track record of meeting outbound call targets.
  • Proficiency with technology and ability to convey complex IT value propositions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across various sales tools.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM tools.
  • Background in selling to or working with IT departments, Resellers, or MSPs.
  • Experience engaging with Director or C-Level IT executives.
