What you will do
- Provide customer support through email, calls, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Maintain customer relationships and apply customer happiness practices
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Track and meet KPIs while keeping a deep understanding of client solutions
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
Requirements
- German and English fluency (C1 or higher), spoken and written
- 6–12 months of customer support experience
- Strong analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with system-handling skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft-based environments)
- Fast and accurate typing with confident multi-platform usage
- Stable internet connection and a personal computer (min 8 GB RAM)
