What you will do

  • Provide customer support through email, calls, and live chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain customer relationships and apply customer happiness practices
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Track and meet KPIs while keeping a deep understanding of client solutions
  • Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

Requirements

  • German and English fluency (C1 or higher), spoken and written
  • 6–12 months of customer support experience
  • Strong analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with system-handling skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft-based environments)
  • Fast and accurate typing with confident multi-platform usage
  • Stable internet connection and a personal computer (min 8 GB RAM)
