What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Communicate effectively with developers and cross-functional specialists.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
Requirements
- Native Finnish proficiency is mandatory.
- English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
- Expertise in CRM systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download/40 Mbps upload).
