What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via email, phone, and chat.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate cross-functional teams.
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet performance KPIs.
- Apply best practices in customer happiness and communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
- 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft environments.
- Fast, accurate typing skills and confident multi-platform usage.
- Personal computer (min 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (50/40 Mbps).
