What you will do

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet performance KPIs.
  • Apply best practices in customer happiness and communication.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
  • 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft environments.
  • Fast, accurate typing skills and confident multi-platform usage.
  • Personal computer (min 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection (50/40 Mbps).
