What you will do
- Manage and respond to customer support tickets within established SLA and performance guidelines.
- Deliver world-class customer service by following departmental policies and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate relevant information and directions to customers in writing with a focus on first-time resolution.
- Multitask between multiple tools and systems to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate internally with other teams to provide feedback and resolve escalated inquiries.
- Maintain high productivity and customer satisfaction metrics in a dynamic, high-transaction environment.
Requirements
- Written and verbal fluency in English and German required (must pass Language Assessment Test).
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong typing skills.
- Ability to perform initial level troubleshooting of computer and network issues.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Bellevue, WA.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
Nice to have
- 1+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting.
- Experience or knowledge in online gaming.
