TL;DR

Product Support Specialist (SaaS/Security): Handling first-line technical support and shaping support processes for a security and compliance automation platform with an accent on technical troubleshooting, bug tracking, and knowledge management. Focus on bridging the gap between customers and engineering, performing pre-release QA, and scaling support operations.

Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom. Flexible working arrangements within +/- 2 hours of Germany (GMT+1).

What you will do

  • Serve as the first line of product support via chat, resolving inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
  • Document and track bug reports and review logs, collaborating with Engineering for escalation and resolution.
  • Conduct pre-release QA checks to ensure product updates meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Own and improve the knowledge base by creating help articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
  • Create release communication materials, including product update explanations and short videos.
  • Enable Customer Success teams through training, troubleshooting guidance, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or SaaS product support roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), APIs, and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Ability to use SQL for basic data extraction and analysis.
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
  • German: C1/C2 level required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
