TL;DR

What you will do
- Serve as the first line of product support via chat, resolving inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
- Document and track bug reports and review logs, collaborating with Engineering for escalation and resolution.
- Conduct pre-release QA checks to ensure product updates meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Own and improve the knowledge base by creating help articles, FAQs, and internal documentation.
- Create release communication materials, including product update explanations and short videos.
- Enable Customer Success teams through training, troubleshooting guidance, and best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support or SaaS product support roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), APIs, and modern SaaS architectures.
- Ability to use SQL for basic data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
- German: C1/C2 level required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
